The main entrance of the hotel is located on Dukes Road via a level tarmac road. The entrance has a double set of automatic doors that slide open on approach. There is an additional side entrance that leads directly into the bar and restaurant. This entrance has steps and a platform lift leading to the doors which are automatic and open outwards.
Circulation
The circulation around the hotel is good, the corridor widths are adequate and doors are suitable for all users. There is a sufficient level of lighting and good signage throughout the building.
Reception
The reception desk has one level and there is seating provided. The counter has an induction loop that is well signed and the surrounding area is well lit.

The hotel has a quiet restaurant located on the ground floor. There is an internal entrance from within the hotel and one leading in from Euston Road. There are various seating opportunities and the area is well lit.
