The reception desk has a lower level on the left hand side that can be used and there is an induction loop installed. There is a small seating area and the level of lighting is sufficient.

The bar and restaurant is located on the ground floor adjacent to the reception desk. There is level access leading to the entrance doors which open out. There is plenty of seating available and the lighting is sufficient. There is also an outdoor seating area provided which is accessible.
