Accommodation
The hotel offers 16 accessible rooms spread over all floors, none of these have connecting rooms however some do have a sofa bed where a carer could sleep if required. There are no hoists available and all rooms have accessible ensuite bathrooms with both a shower and a bath.

Access into Hotel
The main entrance can be found off Belvedere Road which has a level pavement however this entrance has two flights of steps. There are two sets of double doors as you go up the steps both of which were held open at the time of assessment. Wheelchair users would have to go to the security entrance which is further down the road and be escorted to the lifts from there to gain access to the hotel lobby.

General circulation around the hotel is very good once inside, doors are all of an adequate width and the corridors are also wide enough for a wide range of users.

The reception desk is on one level at 1.1m high and there is a seating area next to it. The lighting behind the desk is adequate and there are two fixed induction loops.
