Access in Summary
Accommodation
The hotel has six accessible rooms, four rooms located on the ground floor and two rooms on the first floor. All are accessible by lift. All of the bedrooms have on ensuite fitted with a bath. The rooms are of a generous size with a good level of circulation.
Car Parking/Drop Off
There is a large car park to the front of the hotel with five accessible spaces adjacent to the hotel entrance. There is level access from the car park to the entrance. The drop off point is immediately outside of the hotel entrance and again on level access.
Public Transport
There is a bus stop nearby on Burnt Oak Broadway. This is approximately five minutes from the hotel. Whilst the route from the bus stop is on level access care should be taken as the ground can be uneven.
Access into Hotel
The hotel entrance is approached from the car park on a level access. There are two sets of double doors leading into the reception lobby. The doors are normally held open during the day but the inner door is secured during the evening, accessible only by use of a room key card. There is a buzzer adjacent to the inner door should assistance be required. The entrance is accessible for all users.
Circulation
The public areas within the hotel are compact with all areas accessible from the reception lobby. Access to the bedrooms are controlled by a card control fitted to the corridor and lift lobby door. Staff are on duty at all times should assistance be required.
Reception
The reception counter suits all users as there is a low counter available. The reception has an induction loop and portable chip and pin machine. The lobby area is bright and spacious and has a small number of seats available. An internet station, vending machine and cash point are located within the lobby area.
Bars
There is a small bar and lounge area located next to reception and accessed via a set of double doors leading from the reception lobby. The bar shares the same area as the restaurant and all areas are on level access. Staff assistance is available enabling drinks to be taken to the tables.
Restaurants
The hotel restaurant is located in the same area as the bar and is on level access from the reception lobby. Breakfast is self service although staff assistance is available. A full table service operates for lunch and dinner. The restaurant is bright and spacious and affords a good level of circulation. Seating is available for all users including the availability of highchairs.
Business Facilities
There is a small meeting room located at the rear of the restaurant. The meeting room is suitable for around ten delegates. The meeting room is on level access.

The hotel have a good complement of staff who are on hand to offer assistance. There are a number of languages spoken at the hotel although it is advisable to check in advance should a particular language be required.
