Accommodation
The hotel has eight accessible rooms all located on the ground floor. The rooms have an accessible toilet and there is also a bath with a shower system included.
Car Parking/Drop Off
The hotel has a car park located just next to the main entrance at street level and has two accessible spaces. The kerb has been dropped near to the entry door into the lift lobby providing access to the reception area. There is a drop of point just outside the hotel with a dropped kerb leading to the pavement. There are steps next to this area so it is necessary to proceed around the corner slightly where there is level access to the entrance.
Public Transport
There are various transport points within a short distance of the hotel. Putney Bridge tube station is nearby. The station itself is not accessible but the route from the exit to the hotel is. There are two bus stops just outside the hotel with accessible routes to the entrance.
Access into Hotel
The hotel is located on Putney Bridge approach. The car park entrance is located to the rear. The entrance area is paved and level and there are two sets of automatic double doors that slide open on approach.
Circulation
The general circulation around the hotel is good. There are lifts and stairs to all floors and the corridor widths are adequate and doors are suitable for all uses. There is a sufficient level of lighting and the signage around the hotel is also adequate.
Reception
The reception desk is located just inside the entrance doors and has one height of 1.1m. There is a small seating area close by and the level of lighting is sufficient. The desk has an induction loop that is well signed.
Restaurants
The Slice bar and restaurant is located close to the reception desk and the lifts. There is level access leading to the entrance. Entry into the restaurant is gained via a single door that opens outwards and there are a variety of different seating styles and an adequate level of lighting. Within the restaurant there is an accessible toilet and also male and female toilets.

Staff are friendly, helpful and always on hand to offer assistance wherever possible. There are a number of different languages spoken so it is advised to call in advance to check for availability of the language required.
