The hotel is on Kings Street which provides level access. It is then necessary to use a pathway that leads to the entrance area. There are both steps and a ramp leading to the entrance doors which slides open automatically on approach.

The circulation around the hotel is generally very good. The corridor widths are adequate and the door widths are also suitable for a range of users.

The reception desk itself has one level which is measured at 1.1m. There is a small seating area available close to the desk and more seating in the brassiere which is adjacent. The desk and surrounding area are well lit and there is an induction loop which is well signed.

There is a quiet bar located next to the reception desk with an open plan entrance. There is adequate seating and lighting and the route from the reception desk itself is level.

There is a quiet restaurant located next to the bar that offers table service. The entrance is open plan and the access route from the reception desk is level. There is sufficient lighting and seating in the restaurant itself. There are also toilets located inside the restaurant including one that is accessible.
Business Facilities
There is a business centre that is not owned by the hotel located on the 2nd floor. It can be accessed via the lift in the lobby. There are two conference suites with ladies and accessible toilet facilities available .
