Public Transport
There are excellent transport links close to the Hotel with Gloucester Road Underground Station serving the Piccadilly, Circle and District lines less than 175 metres away. Buses stop along Cromwell Road to within just over 100 metres.
Car Parking/Drop Off
The Hotel is situated on a busy red route however a designated Drop Off bay with a dropped kerb provided is directly outside the Hotel Entrance with a 20 minute limited wait.
Access into Entrance
There are 8 steps leading up to the Main Hotel Entrance and there is a stair lift provided for assisted access.
There is direct access from Cromwell Street via 8 steps into the Hotel Bar and Restaurant. Visitor's requiring assisted level access should use the Main Hotel Entrance 25 metres to the right.
Reception
The Reception Desk is immediately to the right at the Main Entrance where there is an Induction loop facility available.
Bars
The Hotel Bar is open from lunchtime until late. The Bar is situated on the Ground Floor of the Hotel where a range of beverages, bar meals and afternoon tea is served. Table service is standard.
Accommodation
The Hotel has one adapted bedroom on the Ground Floor of the building. The Ground Floor room has a large floor area for better circulation and a desk area with television including a teletext function.
The Accessible En suite Bathroom in the ground floor adapted room has a walk in shower, alarm pull cord and grab rails.
The Hotel has 215 rooms on five floors including some bedrooms on the ground floor. Rooms are available in standard and deluxe with layouts to suit single, double and twin occupancy. All rooms are equipped with an En suite Bathroom.
Restaurants
The Hotel Restaurant serves breakfast lunch and dinner. A buffet breakfast is served but staff will assist if required. Both the lunch and dinner menu are a la carte with a modern British theme.
Access to all Areas
The Passenger Lifts and Stairs are located on the Ground Floor of the Hotel and offers access to all upper and lower floors.

The Hotel Gymnasium is located on the Lower Ground Floor and can be accessed by lift, there is a range of fitness equipment provided including cardiovascular machines and weights.

The Function Rooms are located on the Ground Floor and Lower Ground Floors and are all accessible by lift. Capacity ranges from 4 to 90 persons and seating plans and room layout can be tailored to individual requirements.
The Hotel provides computers which are located just off the Reception Lobby. There is Internet Access provided and wifi can also be obtained at a nominal fee, there is also a telephone located near the Business Centre that is available for use 24/7.
Facilities
There is an Accessible Toilet on the Ground Floor of the Hotel which is adjacent to the Reception Lobby, Bar and Restaurant. The unisex cubicle has a drop down rail beside the toilet and vertical rails either side of the wash basin. An assistance alarm is provided.
Concierge staff are on hand in the reception area to assist with baggage, transport and entertainment arrangements.
