There are bus stops on either side of Holloway Head Road directly outside the hotel. The nearest railway station is Birmingham New street which is half a mile away.

The hotel has secure car parking facilities with ample accessible spaces. There is a charge of £10 for this.

The Hotel Entrance and Reception Lobby are all on street level with no steps There is a drop off point directly outside the hotel entrance.
Reception
The reception desk is manned twenty-four hours a day. There are both high and low level counters and an induction loop for the hearing impaired. There are lifts and stairs to all floors just past the reception counter.
Accessible Bedrooms
There are accessible bedrooms available on all floors. The rooms all have en suite shower rooms with accessible facilities. There are interconnecting doors to standard rooms for those travelling with carers.
Access to all areas
The lifts in the reception lobby give wheelchair access to all floors. The corridors and access lobbies are wide and well lit.
Facilities
The Restaurant and Bar are accessible with both high and low counters available at the bar. There are also accessible toilet facilities here, as well as both male and female toilets The seating ranges in height to suit all customers.

There are red intercoms in all lobbies specifically intended for disabled customers use in the event of an emergency or if assistance is required.
