Access at Entrance
The access to the Main Entrance is via a double outward opening door directly into the Reception Lobby.
There is a ramp at the Main Entrance offering step free access to the Ramada Solihull. The ramp is navigated via 2 flights and users should exercise caution as there are no handrails available. Alternatively customers may use the 2 steps leading up to the Main Entrance of the Ramada Solihull which have nosings that effectively highlight the step edges.
Reception
The Main Hotel Reception Desk is located within the Reception Lobby. The desk is staffed 24/7 and staff will assist guests with any requests or requirements. The Conference Reception is also located within the Reception Lobby and staff will assist all delegates with directions to their relevant Conference Room.
