Public Transport
The nearest tube station to the Royal Garden Hotel is High Street Kensington London Underground Station, which is located less than 400 metres away. Buses run very frequently along Kensington High Street providing good transport links to surrounding areas.
Car Parking/Drop Off
There is a public Car Park near the Hotel which can be accessed from the Drop Off area. The Drop Off area is located directly outside the Main Entrance.
Access into Entrance
There are 5 steps leading up to the Main Entrance. Access into the Hotel is via an automatic revolving door or the adjacent accessible door. Both the revolving door and the accessible entrance door lead into the Reception Lobby.
At the Hotel Entrance there is a ramp leading to a Platform Lift which acts as an alternative to the 5 steps leading up to the Hotel.
Reception
The Reception Desk is located within the Reception Lobby and has an Induction Loop facility available for customers. Some visitors may find the desk is not at a suitable height, the height of the desk is 1080mm. Staff will offer assistance if needed. The Concierge Desk can provide assistance with travel arrangements, trip itineraries, restaurants and sightseeing.
Bars
Bertie's Bar is located on the Mezzanine Level and is open daily. Bertie's Bar is ideal for drinking in, snacking in or simply just being in. An elegant and stylish space combines with the relaxed, fun and friendly ambience. Bertie's offers an extensive drinks range including 10 different types of wine by the glass, 12 speciality beers and a selection of over 15 malt whiskies. Guests can also choose from a range of bar snacks.
The Park Terrace Bar is located on the Ground Floor and has a relaxed, informal style. At the Bar, indulge in the freshest pot of steaming coffee, or plump for the House Champagne. There is also a snack menu available and table service can be provided.
Restaurants
The Min Jiang Restaurant is located on 10th Floor of the Hotel and provides spectacular views over Kensington Palace and Gardens. Serving traditional dishes from China's favourite gastronomic provinces, Min Jiang features sumptuous Dim Sum, spicy Sichuan and the famous Beijing Duck cooked in an authentic wood-burning duck oven.
Park Terrace Restaurant is located on the Ground Floor of the Hotel. The Restaurant is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on a daily basis from 6.30am to 10.30pm, catering to all tastes.
Accommodation
The Royal Garden Hotel features 396 beautifully appointed bedrooms and suites located over 10 Floors. The Hotel has a total of four accessible bedrooms which have a range of facilities including; internet access, an accessible wardrobe, good circulation and sufficient bed transfer space.
Access to all Areas
The passenger lifts are located within the Reception Lobby on the Ground Floor. The lifts offer access to all upper accommodation floors in the Hotel.
The stairs that lead to the Mezzanine Level are located to the left of the Reception Lobby, they offer access to the Conferencing Facilities and Bertie's Bar.
Access to Park Terrace Restaurant and Bar is via steps or the alternative access ramp which is located near the passenger lifts in the Reception Lobby. There are however four more steps at the Entrance to the Bar and Restaurant but seating can be provided without ascending the steps.
Business Facilities
The Royal Garden Hotel offers a fully air-conditioned, purpose-built business facility with 10 different meeting rooms, designed to meet all conference and event requirements for up to 550 delegates. Different seating plans can be arranged to suit guests requirements.
The Business Centre is located on the Ground Floor of the Hotel and can provide Internet Access and Printing Facilities.
