Public Transport
Knightsbridge Underground Station is located approximately 120 metres away from the Sheraton Park Tower Hotel and is on the Piccadilly Line. Buses run frequently along Sloane Street providing good transport links to local areas.
Car Parking/Drop Off
The Hotel benefits from Underground Car Parking. The Car Park is operated by NCP. There is direct lift access to and from the Car Park from the Main Hotel Entrance. There is a service road to the front of the Main Hotel Entrance providing a safe Drop Off area.
Access into Entrance
The Main Hotel Entrance is approached from Lowndes Square. There is level access via a ramp. Entry to the Hotel from the Main Entrance is by either a central revolving door or the adjacent doors to both sides. The pass doors are double doors which open both in and out.
There is direct level access into the Hotel from the Entrance on Knightsbridge, which is adjacent to the Casino and the One O One Restaurant. To enter the Hotel from this Entrance there are double doors that open in and out.
Reception
The main Reception Desk is to the right on entering the Hotel. Many of the staff working at the Hotel are multi lingual. Languages spoken include: Italian, Spanish, French and Lithuanian. Public telephones are available in the Reception Lobby. The Concierge Desk is located in the Reception Lobby on the Ground Floor. Concierge can provide assistance with baggage, valet parking, transport and entertainment arrangements.
The Guest Relations Managers Desk is located in the Reception Lobby and provides Reception services at an accessible height.
Bars
The Piano Bar is located on the Ground Floor of the Hotel directly off of the Reception Lobby. The Bar offers a range of beverages and bar snacks. Table service is provided.
Restaurants
The One O One Restaurant is located on the Ground Floor of the Sheraton Park Tower Hotel. The Restaurant is an award winning fish Restaurant. Private dining areas are available.
The Terrace is a covered terrace dining area outside the Hotel on Knightsbridge. The Terrace offers a more formal al fresco dining experience.
Accommodation
The Sheraton Park Tower Hotel has 280 rooms and a total of 4 Accessible Bedrooms which offer good circulation. Facilities in the rooms include a desk, accessible wardrobe, lower switches, a tv with teletext and vibrating pillows are available. The En suite Bathrooms in the Accessible Rooms have a roll in shower with a tip up seat and the appropriate grab rails.
Access To All Areas
Passenger lifts are located in the Reception Lobby. The lifts provided offer access to all floors of the Hotel with the exception of the Lower Ground Floor, which can only be accessed by stairs. All floors in the Hotel can be accessed by stairs as an alternative to the lifts. Access around the Hotel is good as corridors are wide.
Business Facilities
The Hotel Business Centre is located on the 1st Floor of the Sheraton Park Tower Hotel and can be accessed by lift. The Business Centre offers computer equipment and administration support.
Meeting and Function Rooms are located on the 1st Floor and are accessible by lift. Rooms are available to suit delegations of varying sizes. Seating plans and room layout can be tailored to meet individual requirements.
Facilities
The Hotel has a Jewellery Store which is located in the Reception Lobby. The Hotel also offers an Accessories Concession which can be found in the Reception Lobby on the Ground Floor. There is also a Casino on the Hotel site operating 24 hours a day.
There is an accessible toilet facility in the cloakrooms on the 1st Floor. The 1st Floor can be accessed by lift.
There is a Baby Change Facility available in the unisex toilet in the Fitness Centre on the Lower Ground Floor. The Lower Ground Floor can only be accessed via stairs.
