The hotel does not have a car park, the nearest parking available would be at the Royal National hotel which is just a short distance away. There is a designated drop off area outside the front of the hotel on the road however there is no direct level access to the pavement.

Public Transport

Russell Square tube station and various bus stops are located nearby. The station is not accessible however the route to the hotel from all of the transport points is.

Access into Hotel

The entrance is located on Tavistock Square. There is a step leading up to the entrance doors however a portable ramp is available from within the hotel. Entry is gained via a double set of doors that open both ways.

Circulation

The general circulation around the hotel is very good, there is lift access to all floors, corridor widths are adequate and doors are suitable for all users.

Reception

The reception desk is located just inside the entrance doors and has one height. The surrounding area is well lit and there is seating available. The reception area also has a concierge and cashier desk.

Bars

The Tavistock Bar is located next to the reception desk and there is level access leading up to the entrance doors. Entry is gained via a double set of doors that open both ways. The bar is quiet and has a variety of seating and the level of lighting is sufficient.

Jacques Wine Bar is located near to the reception desk and has two entrances. Both of the entrances into the bar are stepped so it is not wheelchair accessible. Inside there is a variety of seating and the level of lighting is sufficient.

Restaurants

The Restaurant and Coffee Shop are located just through the Tavistock Bar and there is level access from the reception desk. Entry is gained via double doors that open both ways.
