Public Transport
The Milestone Hotel is located within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Kensington High Street London Underground Station is approximately 500 metres from the Milestone Hotel. Buses run frequently along Kensington High Street providing good transport links to surrounding areas.
Car Parking/Drop Off
There is a 20 minute waiting limit for Blue Badge Holders in the Borough of Kensington.
Access into Entrance
The Milestone Hotel Main Entrance has five steps, but there is also an Accessible Entrance to the Hotel which is accessed via a portable ramp. The ramp is steep but has edge protection.
Reception
The Reception Desk is accessed directly from the Main Entrance and has an Induction Loop facility available along with a low level writing shelf. There is also a Chip and Pin Machine available which can be passed down to customers if needed. Staff are able to communication in the following languages: Russian French, German, Afrikaans, Portuguese, Spanish and Japanese.
Bars
The Stables Bar is located near the Passenger Lifts and serves drinks and bar snacks, here bartenders will demonstrate expertise in mixing martinis and purveying everyone’s favourite tipple from the wide choice of wines and spirits. These can be accompanied by a satisfying range of savoury nibbles.
Restaurants
The Restaurant offers the finest international cuisine with an emphasis on modern British. There is an extensive wine list to accompany your meal and the Restaurant staff try to cater for a specific request, just ask. The Restaurant is open from 12.30pm daily.

The Accessible Bedroom is located on the Ground Floor with access to all Hotel facilities, there is an En suite facility available with drop down grab rails and all amenities and controls are in easy reach.
Access To All Areas
The Passenger Lift is located within the Reception Lobby and offers access to all Upper Floors. The Lift control buttons are raised. Once inside the lift car there is a handrail available. There are also stairs located just off the Reception Lobby offering additional access to Floors.
Facilities
There is a desktop PC with internet access available on the Basement Level of the Hotel within the Passenger Lift Lobby area.
There is a Public Telephone located on the Basement Level.
The Hotel provides a complimentary Concierge Service which can assist guests with booking travel arrangements and tickets.
Health Club
There is a small waiting area at the Entrance to the Health Club which is located on the Basement level of the Hotel. There is a selection of free weights and cardiovascular machines, there is also a small resistance pool located in the Health club.
