Public Transport
Buses stop on Cockspur Street almost directly outside the Hotel. Charing Cross London Underground and mainline railway stations are close by, within 300 metres of the Hotel.
Car Parking/Drop Off
The closest car parking is at the City of Westminster Trafalgar pay and display car park to the rear of the Hotel in Spring Gardens.
It is possible to drop off along Penny Gardens directly outside the Hotel. The road surface is level with the pavement.
Access into Entrance
Both Hotel Entrances are within 15 metres of each other. The entrance on Spring Gardens is the accessible entrance as it has a level approach and ramped access to the Reception Lobby. Entry is via manual double doors which open both inwards and outwards.
The Hotel Entrance on Trafalgar Square is at the corner of Spring Gardens and Cockspurs Street. The entrance is approached by 3 steps entering the building via an inward opening, manual, double doors.
Reception
The Reception Area is an open plan style pod in the Bar Area on the Ground Floor. An induction loop is available at the Reception Counter. Many staff at the Hotel speak a second language. Languages spoken include German, French and Spanish. The Concierge is located in the Reception Lobby on the Ground Floor. Concierge can assist with baggage, transport and travel arrangements and provide theatre and entertainment bookings.
Bars
The bar is located on the Ground Floor. Table service is provided and a range of bar meals and snacks are available. The Roof Terrace of the Hotel can only be accessed by a spiral staircase. There are bar and snack facilities.

The menu is regularly updated to reflect fresh produce of the season. Table Service is available.

The Hotel has five Accessible Rooms, there are also interconnecting rooms available. Bedrooms can be arranged in double, twin and single format.
There are showers in all accessible bedrooms. En suite bathrooms have alarm pull cords and some grab rails.

Access To All Areas
The corridors to the Bedroom Accommodation have good clear widths with plenty of circulation.
There are two passenger lifts providing access to all floors of the Hotel. Stairs can be used as an alternative to all floors of the Hotel.
Business Facilities
The Hotel Business Centre is located on the Lower Ground Floor and can only be accessed by steps. A laptop computer can be made available for visitors unable to access this area.
The Hotel has two function rooms both located on the First Floor and accessible by lifts.
