Car Parking/Drop Off

The hotel has underground car parking facilities. There is stepped direct access from the car park into the hotel. Guests who require level access can proceed back along the car park access road which is ramped to street level and enter the hotel via the main entrance. However, there is no designated pedestrian route through the Car Park. It is possible to drop off in a taxi rank directly outside the hotel Main Entrance.

Public Transport

Euston Station which has both National Rail and London Underground connections is approximately 200 metres from the hotel. Buses stop on Hampstead Road within 150 metres of the hotel building.

Access into Entrance

There is level access into the hotel at the main entrance via double, automatic, sliding doors.

Reception

The Hotel Reception is located on the ground floor of the building in a large lobby area. The Reception Desk is located ahead and to the right, within 20 metres of the Main Entrance. An induction loop is available at the hotel Reception Desk. A full concierge service is offered and located as a continuation of the Reception Desk on the ground floor. A cash machine is located in the reception lobby. There is a handling fee for this service.

Access to All Areas

Passenger lifts are provided to access all floors of the building. Internal stairs can also be used to gain access to other floors. Guests should note that various areas within the hotel including the bars and restaurant are on a split level and can only be accessed by steps.

A temporary ramp has been provided to enable guests level entry into the Westminster Bar which is on a split level on the ground floor.

Corridors leading to bedroom accommodation generally have adequate clear widths and circulation. Most internal doors are held open by automatic fire closing devices.

Accommodation

The hotel offers a range of standard accommodation which is available in twin, double and single format. None of the bedrooms in the hotel have been fully adapted for accessible occupation. All bedrooms have ensuite bathroom facilities. Bathrooms comprise of baths with showers, again none of the bathrooms have adaptations. There are no bathing facilities offering level access.

The hotel offers 26 executive rooms. The executive rooms are generally much larger with greater circulation space. These rooms are available in both double and twin format. Bathrooms in the executive rooms offer a much larger area and may be more suitable for mobility impaired guests. However there are no bathing facilities with level access.

Bars

The Westminster Bar is on a split level on the ground floor. Table service is provided and a range of bar meals are available. Bar 43 is the main hotel bar and restaurant located on the lower ground floor. Bar 43 can be accessed by a lift from all floors. Table service is provided.

Restaurants

The restaurant area in Bar 43 offers a buffet style breakfast, staff will provide table service for anyone who may require it. At both lunch and dinner times table service is standard. The menu is changed and updated regularly to represent fresh produce of the season.

The hotel provides access to computers with internet facilities. Wi-fi is available throughout the building.

There are several function rooms at the hotel. Function rooms are located on various floors and are accessible by lift. Function rooms can be tailored to suit individual requirements with seating plans, room layout and facilities being entirely flexible.
