Access in Summary
Public Transport
There are transport points within approximately 200 metres of the Hotel. These are Victoria London Underground Station, a Bus Stop on Buckingham Palace Road and Victoria Station Bus Terminus, on Terminus Place, directly outside Victoria Railway Station.
Car Parking/Drop Off
The Hotel is located on a designated Red Route on which only Buses and Taxis are permitted to Drop Off.
Access into Entrance
The Main Hotel Entrance is located on Buckingham Palace Road. There are nine steps up to the Entrance doors. The left hand approach is via a manual revolving door and the right hand steps lead to manual double doors which open both inwards and outwards.
The Hotel can provide a caterpillar climbing device to assist with the steps at the Main Entrance.
There is a direct entrance into the Hotel from the Victoria Station Concourse. The Entrance is located adjacent to the Main Ticket Office and is open during the day only. The Hotel can only be accessed by internal steps from this point.
There is also direct entrance to the Hotel Restaurant, Chez Gerard, from Terminus Street via a flight of 10 steps.
Reception
The Reception Desk is to the left of the Lobby Area when entering the Hotel. Staff speak different languages which include Dutch, Italian, German, Polish and Hindi.
The Concierge Desk is located in the Reception Lobby. The Concierge will provide assistance with baggage, travel arrangements and entertainment plans.
The Hotel provides access to two computers in the Reception Lobby. Internet access is available and WIFI is available for a small fee.
Bars
The Hotel Bar is on the ground floor. Table Service is provided along with a range of snacks and bar meals.
Restaurants
The Chez Gerard is the Main Hotel Restaurant and is situated on the Ground Floor. The menu has a French flavour and a buffet breakfast is served with table service at all other times.
The Grosvenor Lounge is located on the Ground Floor and provides beverages and a selection of lighter meals. Traditional afternoon tea is also served.

The Hotel has 357 rooms including 140 Executive rooms and two Suites over six floors.
All rooms have En suite Bathrooms generally comprising of a bath with a shower over.
Access To All Areas
The Passenger Lifts provide access to all floors. There are also stairs offering an alternative to the lifts.
Business Facilities
The Hotel has 12 Function Rooms of various sizes, the majority of which are located on the First Floor and accessible by the lift. Seating plans and room layouts can be tailored to individual requirements.
