Accommodation
The hotel has five accessible rooms located on different floors of the hotel. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms and all the bathrooms have accessible toilets. Three bathrooms have accessible showers and another two have accessible baths.
Car Parking/Drop Off
The Travelodge has parking spaces on level 2 or there is a multi storey car park which is next to the building. There is also an entrance on this level that is stepped. There is an accessible space located just outside the front entrance doors and the route from it is level.
Public Transport
There are two bus strops located nearby. One of the stops is directly outside the hotel entrance. The route to the hotel from both of these points is accessible.
Access into Hotel
The hotel is located on Ewell Road via a level tarmac road. There are two single doors at the entrance, both open inwards. There is also a buzzer and a key card slot at an accessible height to open the door if it is locked at night. The hotel has another stepped entrance from level 2 of the car park.
Circulation
The circulation around the hotel is good. There are stairs and lifts to all floors. The corridor widths are adequate and doors are suitable for all uses. The level of lighting is sufficient and there is good signage which also incorporates Braille.
Reception
The reception desk is located just inside the entrance doors. The desk has one height and the surrounding area is well lit. There is a seating available in the reception area and a portable induction loop is available on request.
Bars
The Cafe Bar is located on the second floor and access can be gained via the lifts located at the reception. Table service is provided and there is a variety of seating styles.
Business Facilities
The hotel has meeting rooms located on the second floor which can be accessed via the lifts from the reception.

Staff were helpful, friendly and on hand to offer assistance if required. There are also a number of different languages spoken.
