Public Transport

Covent Garden Tube Station is located on Long Acre relatively close to the Hotel. Buses run frequently along Shaftesbury Avenue and Charing Cross Road.

Car Parking/Drop Off

There is a Drop Off point directly outside the Hotel Entrance which provides level access from the road surface to the pavement.

Access into Entrance

A portable ramp can be made available to bridge the single step at the main hotel entrance.


The Reception Desk is located within the Reception lobby on the ground floor of the Hotel. There is adjacent seating provided.


The 151 air conditioned luxury bedrooms are designed for comfort and pleasure with bespoke furniture, designer fabrics and the latest technology. Larger deluxe rooms include extra work space and a seating area. Access to bedroom floors is by room key only.


The Dial Restaurant is open daily for Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon tea and Dinner. The menu is regularly updated to reflect fresh produce of the season. Table service is provided.


Open for lunch, afternoon tea and in the evening. The Dial Bar serves the same menu as the Restaurant.

Access to all Areas

The passenger lift is located in the Reception Lobby and provides access to all upper and lower floors. Alternatively the upper floors can be accessed via the stairs which are also located in the Reception Lobby. Access to upper floors is restricted to guests holding swipe key card.

Health Club

The Hotel Gym is located on the lower ground floor which can be accessed by lift. A range of modern exercise equipment is provided.

Business Facilities

A large conference and function suite is available at the Hotel. The room can be sub-divided depending on event size. Seating plans and table layouts can be tailored to individual requirements.


Accessible toilet facilities are provided at the Hotel located on the lower ground floor. Entry is controlled by RADAR key available from reception. The unisex cubicle has a drop down and vertical rail beside the toilet and an assistance alarm.
